The Organizing Committee continues to promote the implementation of the contest to organizations and individuals under the functions and management areas of departments, branches and localities. Encourage and motivate organizations and individuals to propose technical solutions to submit to the contest according to regulations.

The Organizing Committee of the 13th Hai Duong Province Technical Innovation Contest accepts applications for initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization of creative solutions in the following fields: information technology, electronics, telecommunications; mechanical automation, construction, transportation; agriculture, forestry, fishery, natural resources and environment; medicine, pharmacy; education, training; materials, chemicals, energy and other fields. The deadline for receiving applications is July 31.
