This is one of the largest freshwater lakes in An Giang, possessing wonderful natural scenery.

An Giang is one of the most beautiful lands in the Southwest region. This place has vast rice fields, gentle rivers, majestic That Son mountain range and beautiful lakes. In particular, An Giang also has wild, little-known but equally poetic places, typically Otuksa Lake in Tinh Bien district.

Otuksa Lake is located at the foot of Cam Mountain, which used to be a field of the local people. Through geological changes, underground water from Cam Mountain seeped through the crevices of the rocks and flowed down to the plains, forming a large lake that remains today.

For An Giang people, Otuksa Lake is one of the “heavenly lakes”. In addition to creating a highlight for the beautiful scenery of An Giang, this lake also provides domestic water for residents of Chi Lang town and neighboring communes.

Coming to Otuksa Lake will bring you a set of photos, immersing yourself in the deserted, wild and mysterious nature in the journey to explore An Giang land. The scenery around the lake is diverse and changes with the seasons. So you can rest assured that you will always have beautiful and classy photos to bring back.

Otuksa has a peaceful and quiet beauty, reminiscent of Ta Pa Lake. Around the lake are beautiful lawns for camping or sitting and admiring the scenery. In the distance are green mountains and forests, creating a romantic scene, no less than the lakes in the Central and Northern regions.

Although the lake is beautiful, it is also quite deep and dangerous. Therefore, you should only come here to sightsee and take pictures, not to swim in the lake or organize adventurous activities.

Besides checking in the poetic lake view, you can also explore the wild beauty of Otuksa waterfall. Otuksa waterfall flows from Thuy Liem cave on the top of Thien Cam Son and then flows down to Otuksa lake through high cliffs, creating extremely beautiful waterfalls and streams.

With the cliff's slope up to 20 meters, the water flows very fast during the rainy season or when the Thuy Liem lake dam is discharged, echoing the characteristic sound of the mountains and forests.

The combination of Otuksa Lake and Otuksa Waterfall An Giang creates the "perfect couple" of tourism in Tinh Bien district.
