Upgrading the road connecting two important relics in Ninh Giang

The road connecting the Uncle Ho Monument in Hiep Luc Commune through the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial in Hong Du Commune to Provincial Road 396 (Ninh Giang, Hai Duong) is being upgraded and renovated. When completed, this project will help make traffic more convenient.
