The increase from the world helped domestic gold prices rise this morning (July 20). Accordingly, right after the transaction, the SJC brand at Saigon Jewelry Company and Doji Hanoi Company both added 50,000 VND/tael, the new price was from 66.65-67.25 million VND/tael (buy/sell).
Similarly, Vietnam Gold SJC Company bought at 66.70 million VND/tael and sold at 67.20 million VND/tael, an increase of 50,000 VND/tael in both buying and selling directions.
At the same time, Bao Tin Minh Chau Company announced the price of Rong Thang Long gold from 56.38-57.23 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 50,000 VND/tael.
Yesterday, this brand suddenly increased sharply, with an adjustment of up to 150,000 VND/tael, but at the current price, the price of Rong Thang Long gold is still more than 10 million VND/tael lower than the SJC brand.
In the world, the price of gold increased again to 1984 USD/ounce, up about 9 USD/ounce compared to the same time in the previous session. This price when converted is equivalent to 56.90 million VND/tael.
This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 23,731 VND/USD, up 27 VND compared to the previous session.
With a margin of +/-5%, Vietcombank announced the buying price at 23,470 VND/USD and the selling price at 23,810 VND/USD, an increase of 5 VND. BIDV applied the exchange rate from 23,490-23,790 VND/USD, an increase of 5 VND.
Meanwhile, Agribank announced from 23,490-23,790 VND/USD, unchanged. Vietinbank announced from 23,470-23,810 VND/USD (buy/sell), unchanged.
