Hai Duong handles 3,655 drivers violating alcohol concentration

Implementing the plan of Hai Duong Provincial Police on patrolling, controlling and handling violations of drivers on the road with drugs in their bodies and violating alcohol concentration, from the beginning of the year to September 25, the traffic police force in the whole province inspected and handled 3,655 cases of alcohol concentration violations, imposing fines of more than 16.8 billion VND.

Traffic police forces across the province have coordinated patrols, mobile control and control on key routes and areas, where many restaurants, eateries, entertainment venues, etc. are concentrated, strictly handling violations of alcohol concentration.

In mid-September, the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) deployed forces to inspect, urge, and handle violations of alcohol concentration in many localities, including Hai Duong. Thereby, many cases of violations of driving on the road with alcohol concentration in breath were discovered.
