As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2023), from October 15 to present, many Departments of Education and Training have organized district-level competitions for excellent teachers.

The Departments of Education and Training of Hai Duong City, Chi Linh City, Tu Ky, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Kim Thanh, Nam Sach Districts, etc. have been organizing competitions for excellent teachers at primary and secondary schools. Each teacher competes in 2 parts, including: presenting educational methods and practicing 1 lesson in the subject program.
The competition took place enthusiastically with educational measures that met the requirements of innovative teaching and learning. The practical competitions were carefully prepared from content to form, bringing interesting experiences to students through advanced teaching methods.
On this occasion, many educational, cultural, artistic, sports and entertainment activities also took place enthusiastically at units and schools. Hai Duong College of Tourism and Industry organized a school-level vocational education teacher conference and a vocational skills competition for students. Hai Duong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism organized a school-level vocational education teacher conference and opened the new school year.
The Department of Education and Training of Chi Linh City organized the 2023 Volleyball Tournament. High schools and Vocational Education Centers - Continuing Education Centers in Thanh Mien District organized cluster sports exchanges with men's soccer and women's volleyball. Thanh Mien High School, Gia Loc II, Ninh Giang II and Pham Thai Primary School (Kinh Mon) organized performances and art contests of youthful melodies.
