To proactively protect forests, prevent and minimize the number of fires and damage caused by forest fires, the Provincial Forest Protection Department requires the Forest Protection Departments of Chi Linh and Kinh Mon to proactively advise the People's Committees of Chi Linh City and Kinh Mon Town to continue directing the implementation of the Provincial People's Committee's directives and plans on strengthening urgent measures to protect forests and prevent and fight forest fires in the province.

Direct the police, military, forest rangers, forest owners and People's Committees of communes and wards to increase patrols and strict inspections from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. every day in key fire areas, especially forest areas adjacent to historical sites, to detect early and mobilize firefighting forces in a timely manner to minimize damage caused by forest fires.

Ensure a 24/7 force on duty, including holidays. Strictly prohibit clearing vegetation and burning gardens. Prepare plans to mobilize forces and means to respond to forest fire situations according to the "4 on-site" motto.

Local radio stations regularly and promptly announce forest fire risk forecasts and warnings, and regulations on fire use in forests and forest edges so that authorities, forest owners and people can proactively prevent and fight forest fires.
