Hai Duong has achieved many positive results in implementing Project 06. This was affirmed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in December (5th time) on the morning of December 20.
At the meeting, the Provincial Police reported on the first year of implementing Resolution No. 23-NQ/TU dated December 22, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in implementing the "Project on developing applications of population data, electronic identification and authentication, serving national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" (Project 06).
Regarding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung concluded that Hai Duong is a bright spot in the implementation of Project 06 and has achieved many positive results. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that in the past time, the Provincial Police have advised the province to resolutely implement the Project. Project 06 has made an important and significant contribution to the province's administrative reform, creating trust for people and businesses.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Police to absorb the opinions of the delegates and complete the report. Advise the province on specific policies and solutions to overcome the limitations in implementing Project 06. The Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee Office to complete the report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee according to regulations...
According to the report of the Provincial Police, after 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 23 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially heads of departments, branches, units and localities, have raised awareness and promoted the role of leaders according to the motto of 5 clear: "clear people, clear work, clear progress, clear results, clear responsibilities" in implementing the tasks of the project.
All units and localities have focused on leadership and direction, resolutely, consistently, and throughout from the province to the grassroots level to resolve difficulties and problems related to law, technology infrastructure, database construction, ensuring information security and safety, etc., contributing to the completion of the tasks of Project 06 according to the set roadmap.
Up to now, Hai Duong has basically completed the tasks of Project 06 in 2023.
Hai Duong is implementing 17/18 general task groups, 51/55 specific tasks (4 specific tasks have not been implemented due to lack of guidance documents from ministries, branches, and the Central Government). There are 9/25 essential public services with a rate of 100% of people registering through the National Public Service Portal; 10/25 public services with 90% or more of people registering their records through the National Public Service Portal.
