Hai Duong proactively responds to heavy rain, some places pump to drain floodwaters

According to the Hai Duong Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the tropical convergence zone with an axis through the Central region gradually lifting its axis to the north, combined with the southwest edge of the continental high pressure tongue strengthening, in recent days, the province has had moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places. It is forecasted that during the day and night of September 28 to the morning of September 29, the Hai Duong area will continue to have moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Conduct a review of key areas for natural disaster prevention; residential areas along rivers and streams, steep mountain slopes at risk of landslides; low-lying areas to proactively deploy warning and response plans to ensure the safety of life and property of the state and people.
