Fees and charges are reduced from July 1 to the end of 2023 according to Circular No. 44/2023/TT-BTC recently issued by the Ministry of Finance.
On June 30, the Ministry of Finance announced that it had issued Circular No. 44/2023/TT-BTC stipulating a reduction of 10% - 50% on 36 fees and charges to support people and businesses. The fee and charge reduction will apply from July 1 to the end of 2023.
Tour guide card assessment fee reduced by 50% from July 1 to the end of 2023
According to the Ministry of Finance, of the 36 reduced fees, 21 fees are reduced by up to 50%, such as: Fees for granting licenses to establish and operate banks; Fees for granting licenses to establish and operate non-bank credit institutions; Fees for granting certificates of construction capacity for organizations; Fees for granting certificates of practice in construction for individuals; Fees for appraising construction investment projects (fees for appraising construction investment feasibility study reports or fees for appraising construction investment economic-technical reports)...
In addition, appraisal fees for granting international travel service business licenses, domestic travel service business licenses; appraisal fees for granting tour guide cards; fees and charges in the securities sector; fees for granting licenses to import non-business publications; fees for registering the import of publications for business purposes; industrial property fees... are also reduced by 50%.
Some other fees and charges are reduced by 10% such as: Airport and seaport exploitation franchise fee; Airport and seaport entry and exit fee for foreign flights to Vietnamese airports; Customs fee for foreign flights to Vietnamese airports.
According to the impact assessment of the Ministry of Finance, the application of Circular No. 44/2023/TT-BTC until the end of 2023 is expected to reduce budget revenue by about VND 700 billion.
Previously, on June 28, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai signed and issued Decree No. 41 regulating the registration fee for automobiles, trailers or semi-trailers pulled by automobiles and vehicles similar to automobiles manufactured and assembled domestically.
According to this Decree, the registration fee for domestically produced and assembled cars is reduced by 50% compared to current regulations. The reduction in registration fees will apply from July 1 to the end of 2023.
