On January 11, FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail) officially announced the provision of FPT mobile network.
FPT is a virtual mobile network (Mobile Virtual Network Operator - MVNO), providing nationwide coverage with the prefix 0775.
Mr. Hoang Trung Kien, General Director of FPT Retail, said: “We will integrate services, utilities, and content in the FPT ecosystem and partners so that customers can conveniently use services and effectively exploit the selected packages.”

FPT Retail representative expects to combine the advantages of units in the same group to achieve synergy effects such as: developing business customer groups (telecommunications solutions for businesses), household customers (combining Internet - television), customers using IoT and M2M services.
This is a mobile network where the provider does not own the network infrastructure but provides mobile services to customers. A mobile virtual network provider enters the market by entering into an agreement with a mobile operator to purchase network service traffic at a bundled price, then provides the service at a separate retail price.
