Ngoc Tuan told Tuan Anh how it worked, divided the commission, instructed how to attract players, advertise himself, and develop the exchange system to share profits. At the same time, he committed that in addition to the commission received from the system, Tuan Anh would receive an additional 0.2% of the total trading volume of 7 subordinates with a value of about 200,000 USDT/month.

To register an account on Vista2.trade, players must have a referral code from someone at the upper level. The subjects agree on how to receive commission: level 1 players receive 1% of the total transaction amount, then level 2 receives 0.5%, level 3 receives 0.25%, level 4 receives 0.125%, level 5 receives 0.0625%, level 6 receives 0.03125%, level 7 receives 0.015625%.

In the first 30 seconds, players place bets, choose to buy (increase) or sell (decrease) the Bitcoin price at the time of prediction. After 30 seconds, the exchange closes the result. If the choice is correct, the player will win points equal to 95% of the total bet points (losing 5% transaction fee), if the choice is wrong, they will lose all. After that, the winner can convert points to Vietnamese Dong, the fastest way is to send points to the broker selling points in the Vista exchange. Duy assigned specific tasks to participants such as "order reading experts" - whose role is to livestream to read betting orders for players to bet on, attract players, specialize in selling USDT points to players, and operate automatic betting software... Among Duy's subordinates are Nguyen Van Tai (born in 2002, in An Son commune, Nam Sach), Dinh Hai Yen (born in 1988, Ninh Giang town), Le Anh Quan (born in 2003, residing in Hoa Lac ward, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh).

As a command reader, player finder, system maker, Tai developed a number of players and his subordinates are his sisters Nguyen Thi Kieu Oanh (born in 1995), Tran Thi Kieu Trang (born in 2002, residing in Quang Minh commune, Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh).

During the period from December 29, 2021 to April 8, 2022, the total amount of betting transactions of gamblers on the Vitsa floor organized by Tuan Anh's line amounted to nearly 2,000 billion VND.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong Province Police has decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and execute the temporary detention order against 13 subjects related to the above gambling ring, including: Tuan Anh, Huy, Thinh, Duy, Tai, Vu, Yen, Trang, Hai, Quan, Hao, Vuong Quoc Hung (born in 1997), Vuong Tuan Anh (born in 2002, all in Huong Son commune, My Duc district, Hanoi) for the crimes of organizing gambling, gambling and continue to investigate and expand the case.
