Unique "professional coffee" model of Hai Duong City Party Committee Inspection Committee

In the first "professional coffee" session, the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee grasped the situation and guided the grassroots level to resolve many difficulties in inspection and supervision work.

This is an initiative of the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee to organize professional exchanges between the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Head of the grassroots Inspection Committee, and officers in charge of inspection work at Party cells under the City Party Committee in the form of open and friendly weekend coffee.

According to the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the units are currently exchanging and reporting incidents and problems to receive guidance at quarterly meetings. However, the number of feedback is still small. In addition, the time for a meeting every 3 months is quite long. Therefore, the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has an initiative to have a coffee session with the units once a month on the weekend to create an environment and opportunity to grasp the situation during the month to provide timely guidance.

In the first "professional coffee" session, about 30 comrades who are the Heads of the Inspection Committee, comrades in charge of inspection work in the Party cells under the Hai Duong City Party Committee participated, shared, reflected many difficulties and were grasped and guided by the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee. Organizing meetings without the form of meetings created a friendly environment to improve the quality of inspection and supervision work.

In July, the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee will implement the "Question Corner" model on the internal group. The purpose of this group is to create opportunities for cadres to send their difficult problems to the mailbox, ensuring privacy.
