Hai Duong Province National Assembly Delegation spends over 200 million VND to take care of the poor during Tet

On January 23, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province continued to coordinate to present hundreds of Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the province.

On January 23, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province visited and presented Tet gifts in Gia Loc, Ninh Giang districts and Hai Duong city.

The delegation visiting and presenting gifts included National Assembly deputies of Hai Duong province: Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Nguyen Ngoc Son, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment; Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province.

In Gia Loc district, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province presented 35 gifts to meritorious people, 50 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances (each worth 1 million VND) and 50 gifts to disadvantaged children (200,000 VND/gift and gift).

In Ninh Giang district, the delegation presented 50 gifts to children (VND200,000/gift and gifts), 35 gifts to meritorious people (VND1 million/gift). Hai Duong Humanitarian Activities Center (Hai Duong city) was presented with VND5 million and gifts.

Thus, on January 22 and 23, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province presented 308 gifts to individuals and organizations in the province with a total value of more than 200 million VND.

In addition, National Assembly delegates of Hai Duong province also have many gifts from personal funds to give to the needy in Hai Duong.

The delegation directly visited and presented gifts to 3 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Hai Duong City: mother Dinh Thi Be, 91 years old, mother Mac Thi Am, 98 years old (in Nam Dong ward) and mother Le Thi Bia, 101 years old in Ngoc Chau ward.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Son and the leaders of MHGroup Corporation kindly visited the health of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the mothers, and paid tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of fighting for national independence; at the same time, wished the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers a happy and healthy life to always be shining examples for future generations to follow.
