After the Paris Court of Appeals ruled to dismiss the lawsuit, Ms. Tran To Nga said she was "not surprised" by the ruling and would "not give up" but continue to pursue the lawsuit.

Today, August 22, the Paris Court of Appeal (France) will issue a verdict regarding the lawsuit of Ms. Tran To Nga, a French citizen of Vietnamese origin, against 14 multinational chemical corporations that provided the US military with dioxin for use during the war in Vietnam.
