National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man proposed to immediately implement the tasks according to Conclusion 127 of the Politburo, including adjusting the growth targets of the provinces when merging.

On the afternoon of March 17, the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee held a Conference to approve the reports of Inspection Team No. 1908 and Inspection Team No. 1910 of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025 for the National Assembly Party Committee and the Government Party Committee.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Head of Inspection Delegation No. 1910, assessed that the Government seriously and qualitatively implemented the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Politburo, creating consensus among agencies and units.

In particular, the implementation of Resolution 18 was carried out methodically and with high responsibility; especially the spirit of thorough understanding in the process of consolidation, while doing, perfecting regulations and operating rules, ensuring the normal operation of ministries, branches and agencies, associated with ensuring economic and social growth and development with the arrangement and organization of the apparatus.

This is reflected in the state budget revenue target of 2 months reaching 25% of the yearly plan. The initiative of the Government, ministries and branches is very high.

Resolve inappropriate points regarding policies and regimes for cadres and civil servants in a timely manner when implementing Decrees 177 and 178 of the Government; continue to review and handle projects and works that cause waste and delay; manage assets when arranging; and provide guidance on the immediate implementation of laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly.

The Government needs to strengthen supervision and implementation to achieve this year's GDP growth target of 8% or more.

At the 9th session in May, the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 11 laws and give initial comments on 16 laws. The National Assembly Chairman requested the Prime Minister to pay attention and direct relevant Ministers to receive and explain; closely coordinate, inspect, grasp the situation, and inspect a number of key tasks assigned by the Politburo to the inspection team.

Speaking, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of Inspection Team No. 1908, highly appreciated the close and serious coordination between the National Assembly Party Committee and the inspection team.

The inspection objective is to urge, grasp the situation, and create unity in the political system on the implementation of Resolution 18, Directive 35, Resolution 57 and Conclusion 123 of the Central Committee and the Politburo, which are major decisions of the Party, including many tasks that have never been done before.

In particular, the arrangement and organization of the apparatus was clearly stated in Resolution 18 and in this term has been made stronger and more drastic, demonstrating the great determination of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and General Secretary To Lam, receiving the consensus and support of all levels of government and people.

The Prime Minister also highly appreciated the proactiveness, positivity, flexibility and creativity of the National Assembly Party Committee in implementing the Party's resolutions, conclusions and directives on innovation and reorganization of the political system.

The National Assembly Party Committee has led, directed, and implemented resolutions, conclusions, and directives in the correct order, effectively, and with high consensus; especially the timely direction of the National Assembly Chairman, Vice Chairmen, and National Assembly agencies in close coordination with the Government.

The National Assembly was determined to institutionalize the Party's major policies, voted to pass them with a very high majority, determined to overcome institutional bottlenecks, ensure progress and quality so that the policies are feasible and put into practice.

The Prime Minister requested the National Assembly Party Committee to closely coordinate with the Inspection Delegation to complete the inspection report to submit to the Politburo and the Secretariat as required. The Prime Minister hopes that the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly will continue to perfect the institutions and remove obstacles to facilitate development with the target of 8% growth in 2025, especially preparing well for the amendment of the Constitution.
