With just over 2 months left until her departure for the Miss Supranational 2023 contest, Miss Ocean 2017 runner-up Dang Thanh Ngan shared that she is rushing to prepare for the contest, scheduled to take place from late June to mid-July, in Poland.
In particular, Thanh Ngan said she is working hard to train with experts and aims to lose at least 6kg before departure. “Previously, I worked in the acting field so I didn’t focus too much on tightening my body and maintaining weight. Therefore, now I have to train as intensely as possible to get the right measurements. Everything is progressing very well. The experts are supporting me very actively,” Thanh Ngan said.
