The Drug Administration Department transferred the complaint against Chu Thanh Huyen to the market management department for handling.

According to the representative of the Drug Administration Department, the unit has received a complaint reflecting that Chu Thanh Huyen (born in 2000), wife of football player Nguyen Quang Hai, sells Ohui Prime cosmetics originating from Korea but without Vietnamese sub-labels, does not issue sales invoices and has signs of tax evasion. The form of sales is mainly done through personal fanpages on social networks.

"The Drug Administration has forwarded the complaint to the Hanoi Market Management Department, the competent authority, for consideration and handling in accordance with legal regulations," said a representative of the department.

Chu Thanh Huyen is one of the influential faces on social networks with a large number of followers. Huyen was once called a "hot girl livestream" thanks to her ability to sell products online and close deals quickly. The case is currently being further verified and clarified by the authorities.

Previously, Chu Thanh Huyen was criticized for misleadingly advertising children's products by repeatedly introducing the product as milk, but in reality it was probiotic water originating from Korea.

The product contains some vitamins, minerals, fermented lactic acid bacteria, and extracts that support growth and digestion for young children. Huyen later apologized for not stating clearly in the video that this was her personal opinion and sharing, leading to misunderstandings among the public.

Chu Thanh Huyen is no stranger to controversies related to online business activities. Previously, she was reported for falsely advertising product uses, using images of international artists without permission, trading in goods with unclear origins and showing signs of violating e-commerce laws.
