Tien Dong Secondary School (Tu Ky) is degraded and lacks classrooms.

The 2-storey building with 11 classrooms of Tien Dong Secondary School (Tu Ky, Hai Duong) was built decades ago and is now in disrepair.

The most degraded school in Thanh Ha district has a new classroom building.

On the morning of July 28, the People's Committee of An Phuong Commune (Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) inaugurated a 15-room, 3-story classroom building at Point A of An Phuong Primary School. This used to be the school with the most degraded facilities in Thanh Ha District.
Hai Duong City invests in classroom buildings at Binh Minh Kindergarten and Le Hong Phong Secondary School

The 5th meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in May agreed to assign Hai Duong City to continue investing in classroom buildings at Binh Minh Kindergarten and Le Hong Phong Secondary School in the city.
