The Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police (Hai Duong) has just decided to temporarily detain Tran Van Nhu and Do Xuan Hai for organizing illegal use of drugs.
Previously, at 1:00 p.m. on April 18, at the home of Tran Van Nhu (born in 1980 in Cao Xa village, Cao An commune), Cao An commune police discovered and caught Tran Van Nhu and Do Xuan Hai (born in 1981, permanent resident of Cao Xa village) illegally using synthetic drugs in the form of crystal meth.
At the police station, Nhu and Hai both admitted to agreeing to buy drugs and use them together. Nhu gave Hai 500,000 VND to buy drugs and told Hai to prepare drug paraphernalia.
The Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police has decided to temporarily detain Tran Van Nhu and Do Xuan Hai for organizing illegal use of drugs and is continuing to consolidate documents and handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
This is a case assigned to an investigator stationed at the Commune Police to directly handle the investigation.
