From the beginning of June to June 9, implementing the Action Month against drugs, Chi Linh City Police (Hai Duong) has cracked down on 3 cases of buying, selling and organizing illegal use of drugs.

On June 7, at his home, Nguyen Xuan Long (born in 1990) organized for 4 other people including Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1990), Tran Van Nguyen (born in 1993), Vu Ngoc Hoan (born in 1977, all living in Van Duc ward, Chi Linh city) and Tran Van Le (born in 1984, living in Hiep Hoa ward, Kinh Mon) to use illegal drugs. Chi Linh city police caught the subjects red-handed using drugs, seized related items and 1 package of drugs.
Previously, at around 4:30 p.m. on June 5, at the edge of the road in Tien Dinh residential area, Cong Hoa ward, Nguyen Van Khanh (born in 1977, residing in Do Xa residential area, Hoang Tan ward, Chi Linh city) was illegally selling drugs to users for 2 million VND when he was caught red-handed by Chi Linh city police.
On the afternoon of June 2, at Hoan Hao Hill, Tran Hung Dao residential area, Sao Do ward, Chi Linh City Police discovered Than Van Truong (born in 1998, in Bac An commune, Chi Linh city) illegally using drugs. Expanding the investigation, Truong confessed that he bought the drugs from a person in Phao Son residential area, Pha Lai ward (Chi Linh city). Through investigation, the police identified the person who sold drugs to Truong as Vu Van Giam (born in 1962). Searching the subject's residence, Giam voluntarily handed over 2 bags weighing 0.351 grams of methamphetamine.
