On the afternoon of February 3, the leader of Kim Thanh District Police (Hai Duong) said that Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hieu, Deputy Chief of Kim Thanh District Police, who was injured while participating in firefighting in the early morning of the first day of Tet, has stabilized and is back to work.
Kim Thanh District Police are looking for information related to a traffic accident that killed a young man on Highway 5.

The victim in the above traffic accident was Nguyen Van Th., born in 2003, residing in Xuan Phu commune, Xuan Truong district (Nam Dinh).
