The program "Tourism, cinema and sports - Proud of Vietnamese identity" will take place in Binh Dinh

The program was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, with the direction of relevant units, with the participation of domestic and international guests.

According to the Organizing Committee, the program is aimed at promoting the scenic spots and tourist destinations of Binh Dinh with film backgrounds and tourist attractions where domestic and international sporting events take place. At the same time, promoting the image of the country, culture, and people of Vietnam in general and Binh Dinh in particular to international friends, through the fields of tourism, cinema and sports.

The activity also aims to promote the combined strength, potential and advantages of businesses - investors and Binh Dinh province - a tourist destination, film producers and people working in the field of physical education and sports in linking the development of tourism, cinema and sports, together "creating the future - long journey together", contributing to honoring and promoting tourism and exporting Vietnamese culture abroad.

This is also an opportunity to connect the cultural heritage of Binh Dinh province in tourism promotion, linking together into a system to preserve, promote and exploit heritage to serve tourism development; build an environment, a bridge for filmmakers, businesses, managers to meet, exchange, propose more effective solutions to combine tourism, cinema and sports in promoting and building images for destinations of Vietnam in general, Binh Dinh in particular to a large number of domestic and international tourists. At the same time, build preferential policies, encourage cooperation, association, joint ventures between Binh Dinh and provinces, cities, between the fields of sports - tourism, tourism - cinema and sports - cinema to develop together in a sustainable way...

Within the framework of the program "Tourism, cinema and sports - Proud of Vietnamese identity" this time, many attractive events will take place.

Specifically, the event “Vietnam Tourism through the space of photos” introduces to the public about 200 photo works with the theme “The beauty of Vietnam through cinema”, including images of the beauty of the country and people of Vietnam, which are filming locations appearing in domestic and international films. More than 100 photo works with the theme “Space introducing Binh Dinh in movies”, are images from films filmed in Binh Dinh province, some cultural sites, historical relics, and scenic spots of Binh Dinh province.

The film screening program “Promoting and advertising tourism through cinema” will screen films with beautiful filming locations in some provinces/cities such as “Vo sinh dai chien”, “Chuyen cua Pao”, “Em va Trinh”, “Dong mau anh hung”, “Huyen thuy bat tu”… and some other special films.

The tour program includes a number of martial arts schools, scenic spots, historical and cultural relics in Binh Dinh province such as Long Phuoc Pagoda, Lang Song Church, Quang Trung Museum, Twin Towers, Banh It Tower, Ky Co, Eo Gio... to inspire filmmakers, suggest filming locations, and creative ideas in cinematic works to attract domestic and international tourists.

The martial arts performance program aims to promote and perform Binh Dinh traditional martial arts in particular, martial arts in general to the people, domestic and international tourists; organize competitions between traditional martial arts fighters from provinces and cities across the country...

One of the highlights of the program is the Workshop “Tourism, Cinema and Sports: Creating the Future - A Long Journey Together”, aiming to find solutions to create tourism attraction through cinematographic works and sports activities”. The Grand Concert Program “Wings of Miracles” with red carpet events, art performances showing the beauty of nature, people, and culture of Vietnam in general and Binh Dinh province in particular; meeting and exchanging with artists, martial arts stars, singers, etc.
