According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, digital transformation in the field of journalism requires a lot of changes, starting from management thinking, operating procedures, training, equipment procurement, etc. Press agencies need to have a comprehensive view of this entire change process, clearly setting out the roadmap, goals, and implementation solutions for the coming years to suit actual conditions. There are many difficulties in the implementation process, but above all, it is necessary to promote the spirit, responsibility, passion, dedication, and dedication to the profession of the staff, employees, and reporters. Regularly update new journalism genres, boldly experiment, because most readers today have moved to all digital platforms. The future of journalism depends on building a closer interactive relationship with readers. The important thing is that everyone must dare to do, adjust while doing, to be able to effectively carry out digital transformation.
Comrade Le Quoc Minh encouraged the organization of the Red River Delta Journalism Award. This will be a useful and practical playground, helping local Party journalists hone their professional skills in the increasingly developing digital age.
