Prime Minister directs to strengthen waste prevention and control

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested ministries, central and local agencies to identify waste prevention and control as a common task of the entire political system, requiring the participation and responsible contribution of all ministries, branches and localities.

1,926 commune-level projects are investors who have not yet settled capital.

In the whole Hai Duong province, there are 183 commune-level People's Committees with 1,926 unfinished projects that have not yet settled investment capital.
Prime Minister: Waste is quite common, causing many serious consequences.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that, besides the achieved results, there is still much work to be done because waste occurs quite commonly in many different forms and shapes, causing many serious consequences for development.
