The guy who used to weigh 132 kg won the runner-up prize of World Fitness Supermodel 2023

With a strong physique and masculine face, Ngo Hoang Linh impressed the judges and won the title of runner-up at the 2023 World Fitness Supermodel contest.

On the evening of May 27, the final night of the 2023 World Fitness Supermodel contest took place in Thailand.

After the rounds, the representative from the Philippines won the highest position.

The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th runner-up titles were awarded to representatives from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and India respectively.

Linh's third runner-up title made the audience regretful, but he had a memorable journey, which was conquering his own limits.

For Ngo Hoang Linh, the runner-up title is a worthy reward for his intense training journey, to lose weight from 132 kg to 85 kg as it is now.

He participated in the PT Star 2022 competition and won the runner-up prize. So when participating in the World Fitness Supermodel 2023, he also set a goal to conquer the highest prize, especially to overcome his own limits.

Ngo Hoang Linh said that his participation in the competition can help spread a positive message about the process of exercising, changing weight to have a toned body, helping to gain confidence and change oneself.
