Bat Nao Bridge connecting Kim Anh Commune and Phu Thai Town (Kim Thanh) was built a long time ago. The bridge is over 30 m long and is located on National Highway 17B. The bridge is narrow, the part for motor vehicles is only about 4 m wide, enough for 1 lane of cars.
This route is often crowded with people and vehicles, many of which have large tonnage. In particular, right at the foot of the bridge on the Kim Anh side of the commune is Kim Anh market, so traffic jams often occur during rush hour.
Every time a truck passes, the bridge shakes, posing a very high risk of traffic insecurity.
