The new ferry is nearly 60m long, can accommodate 9 47-seat passenger cars and 40 2-wheeled motorbikes, and is in operation, transporting passengers to Cat Ba Island and vice versa.
The new residential area project in Hop Tien-Hiep Cat commune (Nam Sach) will connect with Highway 390.

According to the proposal of Nam Sach District People's Committee on the detailed planning of the new residential area of Hop Tien - Hiep Cat commune, this residential area has a total research area of nearly 12 hectares; developing an east-west traffic axis connecting the project area with provincial road 390.
