After making friends via Zalo, this person guided Mr. H. through the procedures to open an online credit card with a limit of up to 80 million VND. According to the instructions, Mr. H. did not need a labor contract, salary statement... but only needed 10 million VND in his account.

In addition, this person asked Mr. H. to take a screenshot of the account balance and source account number so that they could complete the procedure. After following the instructions, Mr. H. received a call from the phone number 02488880042 to confirm that his bank account had money. About 7 minutes later, Mr. H.'s account was deducted 10 million VND for unknown reasons. Mr. H. contacted via Zalo and called the person who guided him through the procedure to complain, but the message was blocked and the subscriber could not be contacted.
