After the reorganization process, a series of government ministries and agencies' headquarters have changed their nameplates and started operating to serve the people since March 1.

The organizational structure of the Government includes 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies, of which 6 new ministries were established through the merger and restructuring of ministries and branches.

Ministry of ConstructionAfter the merger between the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Transport - is a Government agency, performing the function of state management of construction planning, architecture; construction investment activities; urban development; technical infrastructure; housing; real estate market; construction materials; road, railway, inland waterway, maritime, civil aviation transport nationwide; state management of public services in the fields under the management of the Ministry according to the provisions of law.

After the merger, the Ministry of Construction moved its headquarters to 80 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi. This was the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport before the merger of the two ministries. The Ministry of Construction's headquarters at 37 Le Dai Hanh, Hanoi was converted into the Ministry of Construction's citizen reception area. The Ministry of Construction's leadership includes Minister Tran Hong Minh and 8 Deputy Ministers: Nguyen Van Sinh, Bui Xuan Dung, Pham Minh Ha, Nguyen Viet Hung, Nguyen Tuong Van, Nguyen Xuan Sang, Nguyen Danh Huy and Le Anh Tuan.

The organizational structure of the Government of the 15th National Assembly term includes 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies.

The 14 ministries include: Ministry of National Defense; Ministry of Public Security; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Home Affairs; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Agriculture and Environment; Ministry of Construction; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Education and Training; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

3 ministerial-level agencies include: State Bank of Vietnam, Government Inspectorate and Government Office.
