According to Article 12, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates administrative sanctions for violations in the field of road and railway traffic, fines of 2-3 million VND for individuals and 4-6 million VND for organizations illegally using the roadway to hang signs, place billboards, make canopies... causing traffic obstruction.
Request the Traffic Safety Committee of Binh Giang district and Thai Hoc commune to soon clear the traffic safety corridor in the above area.
