Caught 3 subjects illegally transporting 10 heroin cakes

Previously, at 2:10 a.m. on September 12, at the Ha Giang Provincial Bus Station, the Drug and Crime Prevention Department, the Ha Giang Provincial Border Guard Command and the Northern Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force (Drug and Crime Prevention Department) coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Ha Giang Provincial Police to detect and arrest 3 subjects who were illegally transporting drugs from Dien Bien province to Ha Giang.

Through initial investigation, the three subjects are all Mong ethnic people including: Chang A Dinh (born in 1990), Chang A Sa (born in 1999), residing in Huoi Quang 2 village, Ma Thi Ho commune, Muong Cha district, Dien Bien province and Cha A Ta (born in 1999), residing in Pha Hun village, Xuan Lao commune, Muong Ang district, Dien Bien province.

At the scene, evidence seized included 1 cardboard box containing 10 heroin cakes, 1 motorbike with license plate 27B1-795.67, 3 mobile phones and some other related evidence.

Immediately after discovery, the authorities arrested 3 subjects with evidence and conducted criminal proceedings according to regulations.
