According to the plan to organize the "Startup Idea" Contest among youth union members of Hai Duong province in 2023 of the Provincial Youth Union, the contest will take place in 3 rounds.

Round 1 of "Youth with creative ideas" will take place from July 1 to July 15; Round 2 of "Youth shining with creative ideas" will take place from August 5 to August 15. The final round of "Youth with entrepreneurial spirit" and the award ceremony of the competition are expected to take place next September. The prize structure includes 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes.
This is the second year the Provincial Youth Union has organized this contest.
The contestants are Vietnamese youth aged 18-35, with creative, highly applicable, practical and effective startup ideas and projects, serving socio-economic development. The contest ideas are in the following fields: science - technology; industry, product manufacturing; agriculture - forestry - fishery; education, health; services, tourism, finance, banking; business creating social impact; other industries and business fields.
From now until May 30, contestants must submit their entries to the District, Town, City and Unions where they are active. Each unit will select at least 5 best ideas and projects to send to the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.
In 2022, with the name "Creative ideas and startups", the competition received nearly 40 creative ideas from youth union members in the province.
