The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting to level 8. The tropical depression moves northwest at a speed of 5-10km/h.

The strongest wind near the center of the low pressure was level 8, gusting to 10. Affected areas: Southwest of the northern East Sea, the sea from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, the sea south of the Gulf of Tonkin.
From the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm continues to move in the West Northwest direction, traveling about 5-10km per hour.
Due to the impact of the storm, the southwestern sea area of the North East Sea (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago), the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, then increasing to level 8, gusting to level 10, rough seas, waves 2-4m high.
From October 17 to the morning of October 19, Quang Tri to Quang Nam will have heavy to very heavy rain. Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai will have moderate to heavy rain, with some places experiencing very heavy rain. From October 19, the North and North Central regions may experience heavy rain, with heavy rain in the Central Central region gradually decreasing.
