At 10:00 on September 2, the center of the storm was at 21.7 degrees North latitude - 113.8 degrees East longitude, in the sea south of Guangdong province (China). The storm moved west-southwest at a speed of about 10km/h, level 12, gusting to level 15. Dangerous areas affected by the storm: north of latitude 19.5 degrees North latitude, east of longitude 111.5 degrees East longitude; the north of the North East Sea area has a level 3 natural disaster risk.

At 10:00 on September 3, the center of the storm was at 21 degrees North latitude - 111.8 degrees East longitude, in the sea southwest of Guangdong province (China). The storm moved in a West Southwest direction at a speed of about 5 - 10 km/h, level 10, gusting to level 12. Dangerous areas affected by the storm: North of latitude 19 degrees North, East of longitude 110 degrees East; the North of the North East Sea area has a level 3 natural disaster risk.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm is likely to change direction to the South, moving 5 km per hour, and the intensity will continue to decrease.
