From the beginning of 2023 to the end of November 2023, Thanh Mien district received over 111,000 administrative procedure records, 99.99% of which were resolved correctly and before the deadline.

To achieve the above results, in 2023, Thanh Mien district invested nearly 700 million VND for the "one-stop" department of communes and towns to purchase additional equipment to serve the reception and settlement of administrative procedures.
Of which, 340 million VND was spent on purchasing additional computers, printers, and scanners to serve the reception and handling of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals. 340 million VND was spent on purchasing machinery for electronic identification and digitizing personal information data for Project 06 in communes and towns. The district also invested 120 million VND in repairing the district's "one-stop" department and purchasing computers and scanners.
Along with the district's investment, the communes of Tu Cuong, Le Hong, Doan Ket, Hong Phong, Chi Lang Bac, etc. also proactively arranged funds to renovate and upgrade the "one-stop" department, upgrade transmission lines and machinery to serve administrative reform work.
Through taking votes to assess the satisfaction of people and businesses at the district's "one-stop" department, 95% of the votes were rated as satisfied and very satisfied.
