Lang Xuyen communal house in Lang Xuyen village (Gia Tan commune) needs to repair the throne and the throne support; repair the pillars, rafters, trusses, and roof of the communal house; replace the bed, doors, and the shrine in the back palace.
Currently, the roof tiles in front of Quan Dao communal house in Quan Dao village (Tan Tien commune) have deteriorated, two rafters in front of the roof are cracked and broken. The communal house gate is small, the communal house yard is lower than the road surface.
Xuan Duong Communal House in Xuan Trinh Village needs to restore the three rear chambers. Luy Duong Communal House in Luy Duong Village (both in Gia Luong Commune) needs to replace the tile roof, terracotta, and wooden beams.
Vo Communal House in Vo Luong village (Thong Nhat commune) has completely degraded the front roof, the roof and the back hall are leaking; the main door is termite-infested and sagging, and iron bars must be used to keep it from falling down.
The total cost of the renovation is nearly 2.5 billion VND, of which the localities have contributed 850 million VND, and the province has requested support for the rest. These communal houses are all ranked at the national and provincial levels.
