On September 18, the People's Court of Hai Duong province held a first-instance trial and sentenced Pham Thi Le Thanh (born in 1975, residing in Dai Duc commune, Kim Thanh), the subject who appropriated 6 billion VND from fraudulent labor export to Korea, to 14 years in prison for fraud and property appropriation.

Hai Duong has 136 EPS workers eligible to receive repatriation insurance money.

According to the list recently provided by the Overseas Labor Center (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs), Hai Duong has 136 workers who, after working in Korea under the EPS Program, are eligible to receive repatriation insurance this time.
