On October 19, the Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City issued a decision to administratively sanction Ms. Le Ngoc Phuong Trinh (Angela Phuong Trinh) for providing false information on social networks about treating Covid-19 with earthworms.
