The Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) said that from today, the Department officially operates a new information page providing public services on granting and exchanging driving licenses at the address: https://dvc-gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn.
It is now possible to change B1, B2 driver's license to C1 on the Public Service Portal

People can now convert their B1, B2 licenses to C1 on an online platform, instead of having to apply directly as before.
