North Korea closes road and rail links to South Korea

The North Korean military announced that starting October 9, it will close all roads and railways connecting to South Korea.

26/27 roads managed by Hai Duong province have been cleared and opened to traffic.

By 4:00 p.m. on September 8, the road system managed by the Hai Duong Department of Transport had opened to traffic on 26/27 routes, with only a few sections on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway service road remaining unopened.
