Tranh Xuyen village chief is active and close to the people.

As Party Cell Secretary and Village Chief, Mr. Trien not only does a good job of organizing activities, leading and directing the Party Cell but also actively mobilizes people to build a model new rural area and smart rural area.

Tranh Xuyen village currently has more than 3,600 people, one of the largest and most populous villages in Dong Tam commune. Immediately after being elected by the people as village chief in 2022, Mr. Trien discussed with the Party cell to build an action program with specific tasks that are close, correct, and appropriate to the actual situation of the locality.

Determining that rural transportation must be one step ahead, realizing that the traffic roads in the central area of ​​the village are still narrow, Mr. Trien has implemented the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people benefit" to build village roads. Thanks to that, people in the whole village donated 1,500 m2 of land to build 700m of concrete road; voluntarily contributed nearly 1 billion VND to install lighting systems on all roads...

Mr. Trien said: "As the village chief, I have determined that I must always be close and sociable with everyone to grasp their thoughts and feelings, promptly make suggestions and recommendations to superiors. From there, I create trust and attachment between the people and the local Party Committee and government. To create consensus among the masses, I organized a wide consultation to listen to their opinions. Initially, many people were concerned that installing lighting would be costly, so the village agreed to install a pilot project in one hamlet. Seeing the effectiveness, from the following meetings, everyone agreed to respond."

In 2022, Mr. Trien and other village officials mobilized people to install 16 security cameras worth a total of 120 million VND.

Since the camera system was put into operation, from the Trien village cultural house, the situation in a large area, hot spots, and timely mobilize support forces when detecting signs of law violations and security and order incidents. Security cameras also contribute to raising awareness of law enforcement among people in Tranh Xuyen village. In fact, in places where cameras are installed, people have voluntarily complied with traffic regulations when they know they can be detected and handled at any time if they violate. In addition, the situation of teenagers weaving, weaving, littering, and illegal dumping affecting environmental sanitation has also been limited.

Every year, Party Cell 3 develops a plan to deploy to cadres and party members, bringing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into monthly Party cell activities. From there, each party member voluntarily develops a plan, commits to studying and following Uncle Ho's example, and encourages their family and relatives to do the same.

With his dedication, enthusiasm and responsibility, Mr. Trien was awarded many certificates of merit by Ninh Giang district and Dong Tam commune for his outstanding achievements in performing his duties. For 4 consecutive years from 2021-2024, Mr. Trien personally completed his tasks excellently. Party cell 3 of Tranh Xuyen village in 2022 and 2023 completed its tasks excellently.
