Top scorer in 10th grade entrance exam in Hai Duong does not take extra classes

Surpassing nearly 21,000 candidates participating in the 2024-2025 public high school entrance exam, Pham Ngoc Anh Quan, a student at Nguyen Luong Bang Secondary School (Thanh Mien) became the valedictorian with the highest score of 46.8 points (math 10, literature 8.5, English 9.8).
The valedictorian and salutatorian of the 10th grade exam are both from Thanh Mien.

On the afternoon of June 12, the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training announced the 10th grade high school exam scores for the 2024-2025 school year, temporarily identifying the valedictorian and salutatorian as both students in Thanh Mien district.
