Truong Ngoc Anh and the Miss Earth 2022 runners-up were present to participate in the community project "Green Heart Journey".

The project has had many community and environmental activities, including donating solar energy systems and clean water filtration systems to disadvantaged communities in Ma Da commune (Tri An district, Dong Nai) since August 2023.Outstanding representatives of Miss Earth 2022 visited Ho Chi Minh City to attend the final round of Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 on October 14, 2023 and the announcement event of Miss Earth 2023 held in Vietnam later this year.
