Actress Trieu Vy confirmed that she divorced businessman Huynh Huu Long a few years ago. She hopes that people will not mention her name in the noisy lawsuits of her ex-husband.
On the afternoon of December 28, Trieu Vy posted an announcement on her page.Weibohas 83 million followers. The actress confirmed that she and Huynh Huu Long have divorced a long time ago, ending their legal relationship.
“Any events, comments or news about him have nothing to do with me. I beg all parties to respect the truth and avoid dragging me into false and baseless information,” she shared.
This is the first time Trieu Vy has officially spoken out about her marriage with her ex-husband. Previously, they were rumored to have divorced, but both sides remained silent.
Recently, businessman Huynh Huu Long has been involved in many economic scandals. A company filed a lawsuit against him in court, demanding payment of a debt of 753 million HKD (about 97 million USD). In addition, he has been accused by many plaintiffs, individuals and businesses, of fraud and embezzlement of tens of millions of USD.
