Synchronously deploy solutions to implement human resource development project

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the Human Resources Development Project delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

On the afternoon of August 17, the Steering Committee of the Project "Developing human resources to meet production and business requirements, contributing to building Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030" (referred to as the Human Resources Development Project) inspected the implementation of the project in Cam Giang district.

After surveying and grasping information related to human resources at Brother Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Phuc Dien Industrial Park) and the Steering Committee of the Human Resources Development Project of Cam Giang District, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee of the Project affirmed that human resources development is a very important task for the socio-economic development of the province. Through inspection and field survey at enterprises and districts, the province will have synchronous solutions to effectively implement the project.

Representatives of the Steering Committee of the Human Resources Development Project of Cam Giang district proposed solutions to effectively implement the project.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung requested Cam Giang district to continue implementing the contents of the human resource development program, focusing on propaganda to raise awareness of officials and people about the importance of the project. Promptly direct relevant departments and agencies with localities to effectively implement training, improve the quality of vocational training, and strictly control workers working abroad. The district needs to separate the causes and limitations to propose remedial measures and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies and sectors to resolve them.

Brother Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. currently has more than 10,000 workers, of which 94% are trained. The number of workers from other provinces accounts for about 60%. From 2022 to now, the enterprise has mainly trained itself and has not linked with external vocational training institutions for training. To implement the project, the enterprise has promptly added modern equipment and machinery, creating conditions for workers to quickly adapt to the production process. Workers, especially female workers from far away provinces, stay in the enterprise's dormitory, and workers from nearby areas are picked up and dropped off by car every day.

Cam Giang district currently has more than 80 operating enterprises, creating jobs for more than 15,000 workers, including 15 foreign-invested enterprises, creating jobs for nearly 4,600 workers...

Cam Giang District People's Committee has conducted a survey to assess the need for human resource development, thereby orienting suitable careers and classifying students after secondary school to meet human resource needs in the new situation.
