Vietnam's mobile internet rises 15 places in world rankings
Mobile Internet speed in Vietnam reached 134 Mbps, up 15 places compared to December 2024 and ranked 22nd in the world for the first time.
Vietnam jumps 15 places in e-Government ranking
In this year's assessment by the United Nations, Vietnam increased 15 places in the E-Government Index - EGDI.
The Government issued a decree to increase pensions and social insurance benefits by 15%.
Decree No. 75/2024/ND-CP clearly states that from July 1, 2024, there will be an increase of 15% on pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances.
Why does the basic salary increase by 30% but the pension only increases by 15%?
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Social Committee Dang Thuan Phong said that in previous adjustments, pension increases were applied. Therefore, this time, if the pension increase is only 11.5%, it will be equal to the 30% increase in basic salary for cadres, civil servants and public employees.
Increase 15% of pension and social insurance benefits from July 1
Based on the proposal to adjust the basic salary from the current 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND/month, the Government proposed to increase pension and social insurance benefits by 15% from July 1.
Hai Duong's provincial competitiveness index increased by 15 places.
Hai Duong ranked 17th nationwide in terms of provincial competitiveness index in 2023, up 15 places compared to 2022.
