Although working in management, teacher Nguyen Thi Bac still takes the time to guide students.

In 1991, after finishing high school, she returned to her hometown Ngoc Lien commune to work at a village kindergarten. "Back then, each person was given 140 kg of rice for 6 months of work, so she stuck with the job out of passion," Ms. Bac said.

Working and studying during the years 1995-1998 and 2005-2009, she completed intermediate courses, then the Faculty of Preschool Education of Hanoi National University of Education. With great efforts, from a teacher, she was appointed as Vice Principal (in 2003) and Principal of Ngoc Lien Kindergarten (in 2010). In September 2022, she was transferred to become Principal of Cam Hung Kindergarten right after Ngoc Lien Kindergarten received national standards level II.

Preschool teachers are the first teachers who teach children their first lessons, playing an important role in nurturing their personalities. Preschool teachers are like a bridge from when children are young to when they go to first grade, requiring teachers to continuously self-study and improve their own abilities and skills. In addition to knowledge, the most important thing is to have love for children, diligence, perseverance, and patience to teach, shape, and care for children. These are the things that Ms. Bac always reminds herself and shares with her colleagues at the school.

“As a manager, no matter the circumstances, Ms. Bac is always exemplary, dynamic, creative, a pioneer in movements, devoted to work, and creates trust with everyone,” said teacher Hoang Thi Thom, Vice Principal of Cam Hung Kindergarten.

During her teaching and management career, she has had many initiatives recognized by the school's Initiative Council and other levels. Typical examples include initiatives and experiences in improving the quality of physical education for preschool children; organizing boarding in preschools; mobilizing children to attend classes...

In order for Ngoc Lien Kindergarten to reach national standards level II, teacher Bac and the collective mobilized to clear the land to expand the school campus; concretize plans to attract socialized education; effectively implement programs and models of national standard schools. Organize many competitions and movements to propagate and raise awareness for the community to care about developing preschool education...

Cam Hung Kindergarten organizes many activities to foster and promote children's abilities and qualities.

Besides her dedication and passion for the career of "cultivating people", teacher Bac has always fulfilled her role and responsibility as a Party Cell Secretary and a People's Council delegate of Ngoc Lien commune since 2003. She has always paid attention to trade union activities and women's work to take care of the lives, represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and workers in the school; visit, give gifts, and support colleagues in difficult circumstances... Besides, she is a good wife, an exemplary mother, always at the forefront of the emulation movement "good at school work, good at housework"...

With those efforts, teacher Nguyen Thi Bac has achieved the title of excellent teacher and excellent manager at district and provincial levels for many years, and has received certificates of merit from all levels and sectors.
Head of the Department of Education and Training of Cam Giang district, Pham Thi Oanh, said that with her love for the profession, love for children, enthusiasm, dedication, diligence, and passion for creativity, teacher Nguyen Thi Bac has contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the Kindergartens of Ngoc Lien and Cam Hung communes and has made many contributions to the district's education sector.
