The K132 Petroleum Warehouse Enterprise (B12 Petroleum Company)'s land lease in Tu Minh Ward (Hai Duong City) expired from January 1, 2021 and was not extended by the Provincial People's Committee.
However, up to now, the enterprise has not yet moved assets and items to hand over the land to the locality. This land area has an area of nearly 4.2 hectares and is included in the local adjustment of the Tu Minh ward zoning plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee in early April 2024.
According to the approved local planning adjustment, the function of the above land is urban residential land, commercial service land, park land, trees, kindergarten, parking lot, traffic with key works, creating landscape for the western area of Hai Duong city. Therefore, the land fund of this area needs to be handed over soon to organize the establishment of detailed construction planning, as a basis for selecting investors to implement the project, realizing the planning.
