Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 936/QD-TTg dated September 7, 2024 promulgating the Plan to implement the Law on National Defense and Security Industry and Industrial Mobilization.

The establishment of the National Defense and Security Industry Fund (NDIF) is a correct policy to support the state budget for the development of the defense and security industry to proactively and firmly protect the Fatherland. However, on some social networking sites, there is still information that deliberately distorts and falsifies this policy with the intention of breaking social consensus, causing loss of confidence in the Party, the State, and the Army in order to serve the dark plots of hostile and reactionary forces.
